Shipping policy
Overview
We know you're eager to get started — and we work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. Please read through our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing and fulfillment before your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Please note: The 2–3 business day processing window begins once your order status is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Options (United States Only)
We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery estimates are from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Total delivery time = processing time (2–3 business days) + shipping time.
Shipping rates and any applicable promotions (including free shipping thresholds) will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject line "A shipment from order #[your order number] is on the way" containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking updates are provided by our carrier and may take up to 24 hours to populate after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If your tracking number is not showing updates after 24 hours, please contact us at info@tryaurae.com and we'll look into it for you.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. tryAurae is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at info@tryaurae.com within 4 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before the order is fulfilled. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
First check around your property and with neighbors, as packages are occasionally left in alternate locations. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at info@tryaurae.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number and we will work with you to investigate and find the best resolution.
If your order shows no movement or appears lost in transit:
Contact us at info@tryaurae.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow up to 5 business days for the carrier to investigate before a resolution can be issued.
tryAurae is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will review every case individually and do our best to make it right.
Shipping Delays
While we always aim to meet the estimated delivery windows above, shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, reach out to us at info@tryaurae.com and we will assist you.
